Just finished my latest Midsomer Murders episode (The Animal Within, season 10, episode 2) and I was sitting there during the episode like "I sure hope neither of these women are the murderers because they seem to really get on and I want them to be together forever". And lo and behold, the episode ends with them taking off their wedding/engagement rings, splitting the inheritance and going on a long vacation together! Very satisfying for me personally.
