Third episode of Mayonaka Punch is still holding fast, and you know what, I need more scUMBAG female characters, this might be my favorite episode yet.

Episode 2 of Mayonaka Punch continues to be endearing and silly without crossing the line into weird uncomfortable fan service. The pacing gives me the impression it’s going to be a 12 episode run. I maintain hopeful for something cute, enjoyable, and fun, but I’m not holding out for a life changing work of art.
No context first episode of Mayonaka Punch.
I’m three minutes in to the first episode of Mayonaka Punch, and it feels promising. The opening credits didn’t have any squicky fan service, and the leading character has been revealed as toxic and cancelled.
Could these yuri(?) vampires help heal the IWTV shaped hole in my heart? Or will this be a disastrous and weird? I’ll keep you posted.
