This little guy was named John or Johnny. Full name is John Theodore Grif.

Now I know what you're thinking: Why Grif's last name?

Here's the funny story behind how Johnny was brought to my dream realm.

Picture if you will: Simmons and Grif going back and forth in this lab that was used to create Spartan soldiers. Simmons doing his usual "Don't touch anything", Grif doing his thing of "look at me, I'm Simmons, I'm mashing a bunch of buttons on a fancy ass computer" as he's accidently splicing DNA, files, and coding into one of the, well, Spartan experiments.

Machine goes "ding! Congratulations on successfully creating a Spartan"

Cue Grif and Simmons giving each other the look ™️.

So in a sense, Grif made him, therefore Johnny is HIS creation/kid. But, in the process, the other person whose data and stuff got spliced with Grif's? Church.

Who, in my dream, are dating because Grurch is one of those ships that just has me by the balls.

That's a toughie, he definitely takes after both parents, though he seems to be a lot more Grif-like. Snacker, doesn't really LIKE to do anything. He follows Grif around more because Church figures Grif would be the safer parent to be around for the most part, given everything that just kinda happens around Church. However, when it comes to peaceful times like bed time, he does not hesitate to use the calmness to get clingy to Church. Grif pretends it bugs him and that he's jealous, but he can't help but smile at how soft Church is with Johnny compared to literally everyone else.
