🎵how does it feel to be in REM🎵
FEELS GOOD
How amazing must it have been for the Scotts to talk to U2 about R.E.M.
omg
“here’s the next track: 9-9
and this is about andy samberg, which i thought was an interesting bit of trivia.
andy samberg... star of brooklyn 99
he and dan goor were little babies at the time but R.E.M. decided to write a song about them”
scott and scott talking about b99 is exactly what i needed today
THIS IS GOOD ROCK AND ROLL MUSIC!!!

Awww, love hearing about how Adam Scott met Naomi.
And Scott and Kulap too!
One thing I’m really enjoying about RUTREMRM is that we’re getting more insights into the Scotts’ lives and what they were up to in their teens and 20s. I feel we’re getting a lot more of that than we did in UTU2TM, and it adds extra flavor to the pod.
One reason I really love UTU2TM and RUTREMRM is because, as a 40-something white woman from California, I very much relate to the two Scotts, both 40-something white men from California. And I love that they aren’t trying to be anything other than that. It’s silly and comforting and honestly, I have learned a lot about U2 and R.E.M.Â
