I’m not sure how to describe it. I lose memories at an exponential rate, each day I wake up and that black hole grows bigger, it takes bits of me and then I try to feed it. I adapt. I cannot. It has eaten more than I can replace. This terrifies me, and then it doesn’t because I will have forgotten that feeling even exists.
