Which means my life is going to be wonderfully, disgustingly busy this week and as a result I won’t be on tumblr at all.

And if I AM on tumblr and you see me please feel free to go to my askbox and tell me to stop being dumb and go do my homework thanks

1. When one of my kitties stays on my lap for long periods of time and either stretches out and makes contented whining noises or curls up and purrs ridiculously loudly

2. When other people's pets cuddle with me, and I feel I've earned their approval

3. Really gorgeous sunsets 

4. Looking at pretty arttttttttt by literally anyone (from tumblr artists to Edgar Degas; it really doesn't matter)

5. Reading an exciting book with a satisfying ending

6. ^ Doing that, or other activities, with the extra bonus of hot chocolate at the perfect hot-but-not-scalding temperature with heaps of whipped cream

7. Looking at something I've drawn and realizing I actually still like it

8. Finding out that I get to wear a really fantastic costume (or multiple fantastic costumes) for my role in a musical/play

9. Getting in touch with a friend I haven't spoken to in a while and discovering that they still like me and want to talk to me

10. Reflecting on my day and being pleasantly surprised that I was actually productive

11. Opening my email to find an extremely long, amazingly complimentary review of one of my stories 

12. Those rare moments when my friends and I are actually nice to each other and give each other genuine compliments

13. Knowing that I've picked out the absolutely perfect gift for one of my friends' birthdays, and they're going to love it

14. Seeing their reaction when they open the gift and they do love it

15. Watching someone I love get really excited about something they're doing or learning

And one more because that hot chocolate one was sort of a combo...

16. Getting hugs from little kids

Okay one more because I couldn't leave this out:

17. Having a fun and/or meaningful conversation with friends or (unexpectedly) with a complete stranger (in tumblr, on fanfiction.net, or in real life... so feel free to talk to me, followers! :))
