So, in case y’all haven’t heard from this post, purple and I have been brainstorming a Russian production of JCS, complete with much anarchism and gayness.
This is Judas! Yes, his name would technically be spelled Иуда, but that translates to Iuda and there was an uproar about the missing s. So, I changed it. He’s so bright with the red leather jacket, I can’t wait to transition to his Superstar outfit. I’ve already got some ideas :))).
By the way, I didn’t draw him using any one reference or with any actor in mind, he’s just... the man of my mind’s eye.
EDIT: hhhhhh @purple-confusion drew Russian Jesus, check him out, he looks like my mother’s gay friend and apparently Judas looks like me oops.

Honestly I think this production could've pulled off Superstar. It might be an upbeat number and kinda clash with what they're trying to do but I think the juxtaposition of a very upbeat number with the whole vibe they've created would've been fantastic.
