2005 Amstetten and the 2k film are my absolute favorites, like I think about them all the time it's probably unhealthy. I love Jérôme's pathetically yearning Judas but god Drew's hot-headed desperate Judas just really gets to me.

My least favorite is unequivocally the 2018 live concert from NBC. John Legend has to pay for his crimes cause how do you have barely any chemistry with your Judas??? Like I can get behind Jesus and Judas' relationship being one sided with Judas being in love with Jesus and Jesus seeing him as a close friend but there wasn't even that. It was like Judas was one of Jesus' passing acquaintances. Hell Mary had better chemistry with Judas, which is very interesting and I like it but also fucking insane considering Judas nonstop criticizing her.

Honestly I think this production could've pulled off Superstar. It might be an upbeat number and kinda clash with what they're trying to do but I think the juxtaposition of a very upbeat number with the whole vibe they've created would've been fantastic.
