A delicious fusion of tender satay-flavored beef, runny fried eggs, and fresh vegetables sandwiched between slices of toasted bread.
Ingredients: 4 slices of bread. 200g beef steak, thinly sliced. 4 eggs. 4 tablespoons of satay sauce. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 1 tomato, sliced. Lettuce leaves. Salt and pepper to taste. Butter or oil for cooking.
Instructions: Add salt and pepper to the beef slices. To cook the beef slices, put the pan over medium-high heat and cook for two to three minutes on each side until browned. Take the beef out of the pan and set it aside. If you need to, add a little more oil to the same pan and fry the eggs until they are done the way you like them. Toast pieces of bread until they turn golden brown. Put satay sauce on one side of every piece of bread. On two slices of bread, put lettuce leaves, cooked beef slices, fried eggs, sliced onion, and tomato. Add the last few slices of bread on top to make sandwiches. Serve right away and enjoy!
