Just broken an 18 hour fast after a 4mile run. It would have been a longer one if I hadn't eaten some Greek yoghurt at about 8pm last night doh! Forgot I was fasting and habit/munchies took over oops. Finding this surprisingly easy this week considering the past few months of huge amounts of stress and travel. My aim is to run Great North Run fasted.
