I finished the #kiawahhalfmarathon by stalling with a double calf cramp 5 feet from the finish line. Ran a 25K (a little over 16 miles) #trailrun in the #francismarionnationalforest on the #swampfoxpassage this morning. Got lost for a bit, fell hard once (and tripped/stumbled quite a bit), and had my worst finishing time for this distance so far. But I had a blast! As a runner we have lots of normal runs, but when we have great runs or bad runs it is important that we take time to figure out what the difference was.
