Happy Friday the 13th! Running is my medicine, I started running because I wanted a “runners body” like on a magazine cover! Well...that didn’t happen lol no amount of running will make me tall and lean, BUT I do have a runners body because I run! Why I keep running is because of how it heals me. I have diagnosed “ADHD and General Anxiety Disorder” which I just call my unending pit of energy. Running gets rid of some of this, at least enough that I can stay seated for a bit to do animation work. I’ve heard “I wish I had your energy” I smile and think I would only wish this on my worst enemy. You know who you are...😈 ahem anyways-if it wasn’t for exercise running, yoga, judo and now bjj, I would be a hot mess. (Not that I’m not some days, I’d just be a hot mess more often). My medicine will never cure me, nor would I want it to. I have to keep doing it to feel good. I’m glad for my lil motivators here who don’t let me forget to medicine! They benefit from my medicine too! And I think the people around me benefit from my medicine and maybe my sharing of it. But they definitely benefit from me not murdering my one! (I’m murderous when unmedicated). So get out there and get some medicine in ya, even a little goes along way!
