Pipolla seems like a mean lady and a difficult boss, but she acts very much like an older sibling (even problematically labeling people as 'hers') and defends those she works with if affronted by someone on the outside (especially her competitors!). She's quite defensive of Ru'kiori since he's young and inexperienced.

She's not sick very often, mostly because she tries her best to only talk to a few people, be it her advisers or her roommate, Ru'kiori. When she is sick, she does her best to run her business from home, calling multiple times from bed much to the chagrin of her managers.
