So the neighbors decided to be loud and obnoxious again. Lots of people have heard me talk about it. Here's an actual sound file. I sat up and recorded it before, during and after the cops went by. Yeah, I called the cops. If I can't sleep, they can't party outside at 3-5am.
The sound file may not seem very loud but their "party area" (the back patio) is right next to our bedroom and this is at 3:30-4:30am while there is no traffic, no TV, no one moving about. Also, I'm taking the recording from the bathroom two rooms down from our bedroom. Just picture a group of 3-4 people having a normal conversation 20 feet from your bedroom windows in the early morning. Now add alcohol. You get the picture.
