- Like it says he’s not actually a flame breather! he’s a water breather. Way up in the family line Kyojuro was turned into a demon, Shinjuro died, and Senjuro was the only one left. As a result his children had to learn from books and it caused a steady decline in the power. At some point another slayer married in and water breathing began being passed down maternally. 

- He will eventually reconnect to his legacy and flame breathing!

- He’s shy, kinda timid. More like Senjuro than he is like Kyojuro.

This might be a bit of an unconventional take of the prompt "royal" but this is a scene from one of our most beloved AUs, Rsau (I promise we'll get a intro post about it out there hopefully some day 😅)

Quick explanation; Rsau, or Royally Screwed AU, centers around the royal families of each kingdom of a fantasy land named Ethela. Lukas and Manawa are the King and Queen of Frostpeak, the northernmost kingdom.

So here they are, having breakfast in their favourite spot before having to get ready and deal with their royal duties. It's truly the only moment of peace they both get during the day since there's always madness going around the castle. Also random but the breakfast room is a cozy small room that gives way to the palace's inner private greenhouse, the only place in miles where you can find plants like that.

Back in the day, Lukas would simply have a quick cup of coffee and read the newspaper alone in the breakfast room. That is until Manawa came along and they started to have more abundant breakfasts because for them it was the most important meal of the day! And eventually it became a tradition and lil bonding moment for these two to relax and have larger breakfasts for longer time. Nowadays it normally consists of traditional frostpeaker dishes, but Lukas has a secret sweet tooth for Bellbrookian pastries, so they incorporated those too ✨🍰
