"Ă–sszesen 51 modern villamost rendelt a Budapest KözlekedĂ©si Központ (BKK) a spanyol CAF-tĂłl mĂ©g 2022-ben uniĂłs forrás segĂtsĂ©gĂ©vel az Integrált KözlekedĂ©sfejlesztĂ©si OperatĂv Program (IKOP) keretĂ©ben, a nyolcadik szerelvĂ©ny a mĂşlt hĂ©ten gördĂĽlt be Budapestre a szerzĹ‘dĂ©snek megfelelĹ‘en. A baj az, hĂvta fel rá a figyelmet a NĂ©pszava, hogy a BKK nem tud fizetni, a kifizetetlen számlák már 11,5 milliĂł eurĂłra (4,6 milliár forint) rĂşgnak Ă©s minden egyes Ăşj villamos Ă©rkezĂ©sĂ©vel 2,35 milliĂł, illetve 3,64 milliĂł eurĂłval nĹ‘ a tartozás, attĂłl fĂĽggĹ‘en, hogy rövid vagy hosszĂş szerelvĂ©nyrĹ‘l van szĂł.
A baj forrása a lap szerint, hogy a BKK eredetileg Ăşgy számolt, hogy önerĹ‘bĹ‘l nekik 0,56 százalĂ©kot kell fizetniĂĽk, a többit uniĂłs forrásbĂłl fedezik, eredetileg az IKOP keretĂ©ben. A kormány azonban „kierĹ‘szakolta”, hogy az Ăşj HÉV-szerelvĂ©nyek beszerzĂ©sĂ©t is IKOP-forrásokbĂłl finanszĂrozzák, Ă©s a CAF-villamosok finanszĂrozását ezĂ©rt átrakták a helyreállĂtási alapba (RRF), de ezeket a pĂ©nzeket a jogállamisági eljárás miatt nem sokkal kĂ©sĹ‘bb az EurĂłpai Bizottság felfĂĽggesztette. A BKK ezután hiába kezdett el dolgozni azon, hogy visszakerĂĽljön a projekt az IKOP-ba, ez azĂłta sem törtĂ©nt meg, Ăgy hiába kĂĽldi a számlákat az uniĂłs források kifizetĂ©sĂ©t intĂ©zĹ‘ IrányĂtĂł HatĂłságnak, nem tudnak fizetni."
Baj lett abból, hogy a kormány ugyanis kitette a projektet IKOP-programból.
