Drawing a Conclusion : Pages 1-5

, yeah, I have this nitpick with Boomer’s design where… people make Bubbles chubby as an adult, but not Boomer, and that’s always kind of bugged me. It’s like, dude, if you really want them to match, make him chubby too, you coward! I mean, who doesn’t love a chunky boy?

I definitely want to draw more of him in the show-accurate style because I just think he’s really cute. I like to think he’s the only Ruff who could realistically want to distance himself from criminal activity, mostly because he’s the one who constantly gets picked on by his brothers. He’s kind of like a wholesome dad who’s stepping away from his old reputation as a gangster and trying to live an honest life with his husband… well, as honest as a superhuman and an eldritch demon can get.

Junior’s older design is pretty straightforward. I just thought he might look cool with longer hair, but I think I might’ve been a little off-base with that design choice. And Bumper is just a little gremlin. I think he’s adorable, and I love him.

Oh, and he’s currently the only next-generation Ruff without the standard set of powers. He got all of Junior’s powers, but none of Boomer’s… hmmm, I wonder why that is. 🤔

And I decided to give them another kid! No design for her yet, but she’s definitely going to be a girl. ;) For now, though, she’s just an egg lol.

She thinks that they're cute, especially since I think Butch would prefer animals over people on most days.

I have a head-cannon where Bubbles starts to embrace her more rebellious side/inner punk if you will. Hence, the matching collar, potentially given as a gift from Butch.
