Abandoned
No one dared go near the abandoned Laboratory out side of town most fearing it simply to dangerous an area to go exploring while others spoke of a creature that lurked inside it, forever wandering its empty halls, some said it was probably just some poor homeless person while others speculated it was something that had been created in that lab never daring to leave the place where it had been born.
Timaeus lay stretched out on the roof of the remains of the abandoned Laboratory basking in the sunlight, seemingly purring in delight of the warmth. Until something caught his attention, hearing the sound of footsteps growing closer. Lifting his head he sniffed the air the scent was unfamiliar. Then he saw her, a young woman with long flowing white hair, or was it pale blue? Who was she? Why was she here? Curious he climbed down from his spot on the roof dropping down through a whole and after making a few quick leaps down reached the bottom. While making sure to stay out of sight he watched her with great curiosity, his heart beating rapidly in his chest.
Mostly it was just rambunctious teenagers who came around usually trying to dare each other to explore the place or stay the night, of course he always scared them off. Not because he disliked them but for there own safety, he knew the place was falling a part and didn’t wish to see anyone get hurt. He wanted to be left in piece and if anyone were to get hurt it would bring more humans to the area and he was sure to be found out, if he was discovered he knew they’d immediately send him off to another Lab, where he’d be experimented on. Never again.
