He did sext Santana, but at the time, Quick wasn't dating. Puck was single, and Quinn was dating Finn.
What he did say was that he had needs, and he would act on it if Quinn continued to gain weight because he "didn't dig fat chicks" (lol).
It's possible that he might've done it off the screen, yeah. He's a sex-driven person. But like I said, he dated 6 girls on Glee and didn't cheat on them once.
