Well, the impossible the story is, it's entertaining. Ok, we are not watching typical family drama, but anime, so yea, side the reason for watching it or why it is like that. Why one faked a boyfriend husband in a party blood on the face and then the wife will stop a plate of dish with her foot hell?

A perfect/dashing/super intelligent/brilliant in disguise spy Twilight has to finish a mission and thus he needed a daughter and also a wife. So Twilight became Loid Forger.

He adopted a daughter, Anya. Well, she was used as a guinea pig in a lab, and she became a telepath. She can read others' thoughts. And she is a fan of spy series and fighting. To enrol her in school, (which is part of spy Twilight's mission) they need a mama. And mama also came to the family who is none but an undefeatable assassin. Yea! The Throne Queen. Now she was named Yor Forger. And her perfect spy has no idea of it!!! But of course, the daughter knows and she cheers her mama and papa and they are capable of getting 100 points for her. Thus Forger family is completed. Yor has a brother, who acts as govt worker, but he is a policeman, who is searching for none but Spy Twilight, his beloved sister's husband 🥴

Many things are quite sweet, also stupid, so in another sense, it delivers the fun you need in this shitty life.
