Hands on your shoulders. The lack of Kimblee's little hair bits is intentional. Timeline wise this is taking place not long after Kimblee's release in the manga, which, we see that his hair is mostly under his hat during that time. (Also I won't lie, it's supposed to be Envy's disguise talking with Kimblee, but I couldn't get it to work like I wanted to)

Secondly! Bc I think it's neat, the original sticky note I jotted down the first ideas I had on! I spent the first few days bouncing back and forth between some things before settling on what I wanted to do! (Verrry Rough)
