André Grandier had a powerful friendship with Oscar. They had grown and learned together, but between them existed invisible barriers that afflicted him every day. In his own world, he was alone.

It was in the French Guard that he met other kinds of friendships, with turbulent beginnings, fights, and confrontations. However, it was there that he forged a camaraderie. Among them, Alain stood out, the one who cared so much for him that he kept and revealed his secret to protect him.

Day 26 – funny

Oscar always dressed for battle, the military uniform for her daily struggle. Each color represented a change in her progress or her decisions, but there were two dresses in particular that marked important changes in her life:

The first, the dress of discovered femininity, that odalisque dress that screamed the woman beneath the military robes, the one who wanted to be seen by the wrong eyes, the one whom other eyes always saw in her shadow.

The second, the dress of the daughter of Mars. Her other lesson was that she could live under the sword without ceasing to be the woman she had discovered with the first flounces, the woman free under her own ideals.

And so, Oscar was finally able to combine both dresses, knowing herself as both, woman and soldier, without sacrificing one to the other.

Rovtober Day 1 Lesson

The stars in the firmament, we also have them on earth, on the water that reflects that sky, small lights dance in the silence.

When I'm with you, I can reach the stars, whether here on earth, or when we merge ethereally.

The fireflies on this ground are our starry sky anchored to mortality. When we become stars, cosmically, we will be fireflies in the universe.

October 15, 1793, was the date the verdict of Marie Antoinette's trial was issued. It was the date she learned that her inferno, the one that began with her capture and intensified with the isolation and separation from her children, would end the following day.

"I apologize to all those I know, and especially to you, dear sister, for any suffering I may have unwittingly caused."

It was the most difficult speech of her life; not even the ones she prologued to her soldiers had been so difficult.

The words weren't spontaneous; they had been worked on in her head over and over again, but every time she was determined to express them, something happened...

That day, that entire speech she had been planning for hours after hour, just like that, found the exact and precise moment to emerge.

And it was spoken from the depths of her heart, and it reached the depths of the other heart for which it was destined.

Forged like the sword, divinity and humanity, immortal heroic soul,

Purity, independence, pain, and sacrifice,

Born into nobility but a daughter of the people,

Oscar soars in her final flight,
