The 1986 Rover SD1 Vitesse Twin Plenum was the ultimate version of this large British family car which was inspired by the sleek design of the Ferrari Daytona. It had a 215 bhp (160 kW) 3.5L V8 with a twin-throttle body setup to homologate the SD1. More powerful than the concurrent 4.9L V8-powered Ford Mustang GT of the time. Part of my Rover SD1 history poster.
