I’m so amazed by the router sled results. After getting that first face flat, I duplicated that face on the other side using my 15” planer. I know most of you get this process but for those that don’t, this may help you in some way. I’ll be using the jointer for the first edge face and then duplicate that face on the table saw to get it all completely square. Here is the first part of me getting this 11” piece of Maple flat. Starting with the first flat face using the router sled. Next I’ll take it over to the planet and duplicate the first flat face.
