i think faramondo's one of those operas made for a certain subset of fangirls/fanboys/fan...people? on the internet ( and i mean this in an entirely positive way ). i mean... rosimonda's supposed to kill faramondo. but then there's mutual pining. and then it becomes an enemies-to-lovers sort of deal. ogh, the fanfic tropes in this thing! also faramondo and rosimonda are both gender-non-conforming, in a way. and faramondo's totally pathetic.
