me and my friend’s theory is that the Rafal from SGE is Rhian in rise. We were thinking Rhian might have changed his appearance (probably using magic) after maybe killing Rafal and then masquerades as him (possibly after The Great War?). This goes along really well with the past being the present and the present being the past, because Japeth does this to Rhian l. Theres also a lot of proof with the way Rafal acts in sge (i.e. things he says, does, and how he acts) if you want any examples I can show you some.

yup i agree, but knowing soman and his *twists* i am prepared for literally anything to be the explanation (lie i am not ready for him to once again make me question everything abt sge but we don't talk about that)
