EASY !!!!! the Perisi diet is very strange. it’s either flowers and random jellies or … human flesh … flowers in particular is either eating the actual flower / thistles etc. (think Thumper from Bambi) but mooost of the time they drink the fragrance off them (like the peri — fairy !! — species they originally derived from). It looks like they’re sipping the air from them as they press the flowers to their lips ~

Adella’s favorite thing to eat in that case wasssss alwayssss sea lavender grown from the Black Sea !! When she was a princess in her father’s city she’d go on hunger strikes LMAO until they ferried her lavender particularly from there. Always a brat smh smh. Anyway it’d be that !! Cups and cups and cups of those flowers. Very tasty ✨🪻

sweep of the wizard's arm directs to a little table outside the nearest cafe —-- he'll even move to pull out a chair for her ( what a gentleman !) before seating himself. if this conversation is to continue , they might as well get comfortable , relax , perhaps even enjoy a drink or some light snacks should the mood strike.

shoulders roll , suit jacket is straightened. deep breath precedes his words as if mentally preparing for a strenuous and difficult task. ❝ you can ask me anything you want. i promise i'll answer truthfully. ❞ a pause. a beat. a moment of open ended silence inviting inquiry. then the wizard sneaks in one little caveat : ❝ except for the things i feel like lying about. ❞ he winks as if to paint that last statement a teasing joke , a harmless flirt. it's not. he will lie. freely and liberally to protect his own self interest.

chin grasped between thumb and forefinger, xavier all but glares at the claw machine. the person using it before him left the store with an armful of plushies. he, however, has not been very fortunate just yet. "there has to be some sort of trick," he mutters, more to himself than to corinne, who graciously tagged along. "what am i missing?"

When he saw @rosewiltd, he couldn’t resist. He’s been feeling nostalgic lately anyway. Flirty. Remember when I hunted you last? Like he’s a cat rubbing up against her ankle after attacking.

          “...And don’t gouge my eyes out with your keys,”          he adds, tentatively approaching.          “I’ve missed you. You look beautiful tonight.” 

She really does. Fear suits her. He likes the way she moves with quickened breath. But she would be just as beautiful without the fear, and his curiosity in chasing that thought is largely the reason he keeps coming back to her like this.

Of course, he can’t help himself. Can’t resist pulling the fear out anyway. There’s too much of a thrill in being terrible.

it’s  late  enough  at  night  and  he  takes  the  backroads  —  no  one  will  notice  he  gave  his  helmet  to  her  to  wear.  his  riding  jacket  too  —  padded,  thick  material  to  keep  @rosewiltd  warm  on  the  ride  home.  the  sky  threatens  to  open,  jun  can  smell  the  dampness  of  promised  rain  on  the  pavement  far  before  the  first  drops  even  start  falling.

he  doesn’t  need  to  be  asked  to  lift  her  from  the  back  of  his  bike;  it’s  as  if  she  weighs  nothing  more  than  a  feather.  jun  can’t  let  her  hurt  her  ankle  worse  on  his  watch,  and  so  he  carries  her  to  the  front  door,  only  letting  her  stand  on  her  own  long  enough  to  unlock  the  front  door  and  safely  stow  away  the  key.  she’s  lifted  and  placed  on  the  couch  and  jun  is  off  searching  her  freezer  for  a  suitable  ice  pack.

“  on  and  off  for  an  hour  at  a  time,  keep  it  elevated  when  you  can  —  when  was  the  last  time  you  ate?  you  could  use  to  take  something  for  the  swelling  too  —  ”        jun  pauses  —  his  hands  stop  too  as  he’s  wrapping  her  ankle  with  the  compression  bandage  he  snagged  from  her  first  aid  kit.  a  sheepish  smile,  apologetic.  he  bows  his  head  a  bit,       “  —  i  shouldn’t  have  just  invited  myself  in  like  this,  i’m  sorry  —  ”
