ROSENHEIM -> GERMANY

ROSENHEIM POLTERGEIST
Poltergeist case that took place in 1967 in the Bavarian town of Rosenheim.
The case began in a law office in Rosenheim with sharp banging noises and a series of electrical problems: fuses blew without any apparent cause, numerous problems erupted with the telephones, neon lights went out and photocopying machines went crazy.
Investigators were called in and it seemed that the human focal point was a 19-year-old employee called Anna S. Whenever she walked down the hall light bulbs would explode and light fixtures would swing from side to side.
Soon after the investigation began pictures began to rotate and move. Test apparatus seemed to indicate that telephone numbers were being dialled by invisible means. The investigators concluded that the phenomena defied explanation in terms of theoretical physics and the movements, in particular the telephone dialling, seemed to be performed by ‘intelligently controlled forces that have a tendency to evade investigation'.
The case of the Rosenheim poltergeist remains unsolved.

Story background
I don't have many pictures from previous years because they were deleted unfortunately, but here's some background on the Taylor-Rosenheim family after the original founders before I start story posts:
With no Taylor heirs left by 1403, Alma Rosenheim became the formal heir. Her family left her with a large estate, which caught the attention of many suitors, eventually leading to her marriage with Lady Maegan Vilulf. They had many children together and were under the assumption that the estate and titles would stay with them, when an older Rosenheim "cousin" named Bard came to town, trying to make a claim on the title. He had a spouse and children of his own, causing a constant struggle between both families fighting to become the one true heir. Eventually, Alma's line died out and Bard's was able to continue.
Bard's great-grandson Zemislav, with all the riches and land he could ever desire, went on vacation to Granite Falls to celebrate becoming a young adult of marriable age in 1485. While there, he fell instantly in love with the Princess Ariel and the couple quickly married. When word reached Windenburg, the Rosenheim homeland, everyone was joyful that a royal would be in their midst. As such, Zemi was instated as King of Windenburg, with Ariel as his queen. The couple would rule Windenburg with kindness and so would their children for many many years.
