Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour. 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt. 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped. 1 cup warm water. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar.
Instructions: Mix the yeast, salt, rosemary, and flour in a large bowl. Melt the agave or maple syrup and add it to the dry ingredients along with warm water. Mix until a dough forms. Then, knead the dough for 5 to 7 minutes on a lightly floured surface until it is smooth and stretchy. To make the dough double in size, put it in a bowl that has been greased and cover it with a clean kitchen towel. Let it rise in a warm place for about an hour. The dough has risen, so punch it down and shape it into a loaf. Cover the loaf with a towel and put it in a loaf pan that has been greased. Let it rise for another 30 minutes. Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. As soon as you tap the bottom of the bread, it should sound hollow and turn golden brown. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down before cutting it.

Ingredients: 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon xanthan gum. 1 teaspoon salt. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped. 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil. 2 large eggs. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Grease a loaf pan that's 9x5 inches. With a whisk, mix the gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, salt, baking powder, and rosemary that has been chopped in a large bowl. Beat the eggs in a different bowl. Then, add the almond milk and olive oil and mix well. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed. Place the batter in the loaf pan that has been prepared and smooth the top. Put it in the oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Take the bread out of the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan. Then, move it to a wire rack to cool all the way down.

Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Split the rosemary spelt bread rolls in half and toast them a little on the grill. Toast the bread. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form it into 4 burger patties. Spread the Camembert cheese rounds out on a pan or foil that can go on the grill and brush them with olive oil. For medium-rare, put the burger patties on the grill and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. You can cook them longer if you want to. While the cheese rounds are on the grill, cook them for two to three minutes on each side until they begin to melt. Put Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each toasted bread roll after the mayonnaise. After the condiments, put a lettuce leaf on top of the burger patty. Then add a tomato slice, a red onion slice, and a spoonful of caramelized onions. A grilled round of Camembert cheese should be put on top of each burger. In the last step, finish the burger by adding the other half of the toasted bread roll. Enjoy your Rosemary Spelt Bread Rolls with Baked Camembert Burger while they're still hot.
