In this au she no longer goes by Rose Tyler as she doesn’t exist in this universe, her name changes a couple of times and publically she isn’t Pete’s daughter as she’d never intended to stay so it would have been an unnecessary hassle and the media attention would have been excessive.

At first she doesn’t accept the Metacrisis (who goes by John Smith) due to the fact that if he and the Doctor are one and the same they had both planned on leaving her in the parallel universe with the metacrisis without asking her opinion. An action so similar to on the game station and at the battle of canary wharf that she’s pissed that they still haven’t learnt.

After a while they notice that Rose has stopped aging. Stuck at the age at which she became Bad Wolf - 20 - so they try to figure out if there are any other lingering effects from Bad Wolf when she dies on a mission only to return home a couple of days later completely fine without even a single scratch. They realise she’s stopped aging, can heal herself, accelerated learning speed and she can’t seem to die but she’s not actually Bad Wolf due to the Tardis being in another universe their connection is tumultuous and not at full capacity.

However, with John still being part time lord and Rose being just a little more than human they are unable to have kids. On the one occasion she does get pregnant she later miscarries.

Being unable to age she eventually leaves Torchwood to avoid suspicion and ending up the subject of dissection. John continues to work there. She has a myriad of jobs all over the world as a result.

Her brother Tony also works at Torchwood but he dies while on a mission before having started a family. John’s life expectancy has been stretched due to his added timelord dna but as such he starts to lose his memory years before his death.
