Austin (KXAN) ā The U.S. Postal Service has proposed new rules that would implement parts ofĀ President Donald Trumpās executive orderĀ on voting by mail, raising concerns among election officials and voting rights advocates.
The proposal would require states to provide USPS with lists of voters receiving mail-in and absentee ballots in federal elections. It would also require ballot envelopes to carry unique Postal Service barcodes, allowing USPS to verify mailings against state-submitted voter data.
āThere are a couple of levels to this,āĀ VoteBeatĀ senior national reporter Dion Nissenbaum said. āOne is it would require all states to submit a list of everybody in their state that wants to vote by mail 60 days before the November election.ā
Election officials say the changes could force counties to purchase new technology, redesign ballot envelopes and update ballot-tracking systems before the 2026 midterm elections.

Hii guys, i just wanted to post like a ālifeā update i guess. I really wonāt be active (on tumblr or discord), like at all, for a few days because of 2 deaths that happened in my family.
