So, I know nothing about the actual Constantine/Hellblazer comics except through Wikipedia and fanfiction. And I’ve also only seen a few episodes of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. So I’m probably not the right person to be thinking all this.

But I really enjoyed the original 2014-2015 Constantine TV show adaptation on NBC. And I recently found out that in the comics, John apparently has three half-demon children ? Who tried to kill anyone related to John on their mother’s orders, including Chas ?

And now I can’t help but imagine that this happened between the Constantine show and Legends. Afterwards, out of guilt and paranoia John tries to cut ties with Chas and Zed, and that’s why he’s working on his own and is staying in a different apartment instead of the Mill House until he eventually joins Sara and the other Legends on the Waverider.

My John-claymated-Constantine finally comes to life! And it feels good.
