Looks like we've got a new game from Daisuke "Pixel" Amaya and friends!

Avemary Rocket is an adventure game where your mission is to explore your spaceship while also trying to keep it running. This spaceship, The Patchwork, has a secret. But more importantly, it has problems. Boy, does it have problems. Get those fire extinguishers, soldering kits, and vacuum cleaners ready, because even in zero gravity, keeping this old thing afloat won't be easy. Publisher and developer room6 has announced Reverie in the Moonlight, a roguelike action game where players, along with their stuffed animals, must defend themselves from the monsters that attack in the night. It will launch for PC via Steam in 2025.

What if this dream never ended? What if we could dream it together? Reverie in the Moonlight is an action game where, with the help of your stuffed animals, you try to defend yourself from the monsters attacking you night after night.

Nightly Visits

Little Tete’s nights are restless. His dreams are full of horrible monsters attacking him. But then, one night, he meets Luna, and she teaches him how to use his plushies to defend himself.

Cute But Strong

When faced with a monster, Tete can only do one thing: run away. His plushies, however, can actually fight and defeat monsters. Different animals play different roles, with some focusing on short-range attacks, some on long-range shots, and some on supporting their allies. There are 40 types to choose from, so find your favorites and help them protect Tete from the monsters.

Ham Jr. – Runs left and right, hitting monsters that get too close with a stick.

Snoozy-G – Enjoys sleeping, napping, and resting. Monsters that hit it are slowed down for a while.

Striped Angel – When it sees someone in trouble, it always wants to help. It heals Tete up from a distance.

Collect and Strategize

After the monsters’ attack is over, you can shop with the gold you found. You can get new plushies and even buy special items that can make you stronger. Some of them will also give you new weaknesses, so it’s up to you to strategize and prepare for the next attack in the best way possible. There are more than 100 items in the game… Will you be able to collect them all?

Change Clothes to Change Strategies

So, you’ve played the game’s story to the end. Well done. But this is just the start! You can change Tete’s clothes, choosing from more than 20 costumes. Each one makes him stronger in some ways and weaker in others. If you want to help Tete defeat his nightmares, you’ll have to find the right plushies and items to go with each costume!

Moonlight Wizard – Plushies with long-range attacks become stronger, but Tete can only use those. Defending yourself becomes harder, so you’ll have to defeat monsters before they can get close.

Nap Cloud – Increasing attack power becomes difficult, but plushies that don’t move around attack twice as fast. Try to find as many stationary friends as you can.

Doggy Friend – Tete can only use dog plushies. If you want to win, you’ll need to make good use of their fast respawn speed.

Publisher and developer room6 has announced paranormal suspense adventure game Itachi: Haunted Abodes – Wandering Through 2000s Tokyo Culture for PC (Steam). It will launch in 2027 with English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese language options.

A demo of Itachi: Haunted Abodes – Wandering Through 2000s Tokyo Culture will be playable at the room6 booth at Tokyo Game Show 2025, which will run from September 25 to 28 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. Stickers will also be distributed to those who add the game to their wishlist.

Itachi: Haunted Abodes is a paranormal suspense adventure that has you wandering through 2000s Tokyo’s subculture scenes!

A Paranormal Subculture Story Starting with a Stigmatized Property

Welcome to early 2000s Tokyo. Meet Itachi, a college student without a place to stay. He finds a part-time job that provides him a house… specifically, a stigmatized property. That is, a house with a dark past. No experience is needed, all expenses are paid for, and all that’s required of him is to live in the house, normally, for a week. And he gets paid quite well for it, too. The only slightly annoying thing is that he has to live with Tanuki, an employee from the real estate company giving him this job. Well, there’s one more “slightly annoying” thing. What he doesn’t know is that he was actually hired to be a lure for “Landgods,” a type of spectre haunting the houses of those who died away from their hometown. The idea is to drive these Landgods away so that the house can be sold safely… regardless of what happens to Itachi in the process. Join “weasel” Itachi and “raccoon dog” Tanuki in this adventure through Tokyo’s subculture scenes. Your own job? Finding clues on the previous tenant’s untimely death. Two Opposite Perspectives During the investigation parts, you’ll be able to switch between Itachi’s and Tanuki’s points of view. Itachi is just a normal human being who can’t even see the Landgods, but he’s great at talking to people. Band followers, girls in maid costumes—he could make anyone spill the beans. Tanuki’s not so good with people, but he can see the Landgods. He can stop their attacks to collect information directly from them. Only by combining these two opposite perspectives will you be able to see the whole truth. Itachi’s job is to live in that creepy apartment, but he won’t be spending the whole day there. Go on a trip through Tokyo, looking for hints in the most disparate subculture scenes. Live music clubs with visual-kei bands? Check. Maid cafés where everything is cutesy to a fault? Check. Harajuku and its frilly, over-the-top fashion? Check. Go back in history, explore these unique 2000s scenes, and you might find the dark secrets you’re looking for. Send Those Monsters Back to Their Land Once you have enough information, Tanuki can start a ritual to exorcise the Landgods back to where they came from. You’ll need to show them that you know who they are: their name, their place of origin, and the cause of death of the person they followed to this house. Picturesque adventure game OU will launch for Switch and PC via Steam on August 31 for 2,400 yen, publisher and developer G-Mode, and developer room6 announced. It will support English and Japanese at launch, with an update to add more languages planned for release at a later date.

The place is U-chronia, a hazy world that lives in hazy memories of the distant past. OU, a young boy, wakes up in a dried up riverbed without any memories of his own. He meets Zarry, an opossum with a flaming tail, who guides him on a journey to find out his story.

The Saudage Specter, who haunts the boy; Gemini, who looks just like him; The Weeping Woman “La Llorona”, who leads him to tragedy. All of them are there to change the Story and how it will end.
