The book Gerry takes is the same one Mary Keay had in mag 4 that was written in Sanskrit and produced small bones (probably the flesh) -Gerry Keay (appearance)-Jurgen Leitner (mentioned) - Robert Smirke (mentioned)- Breekon and Hope make an appearance and deliver the web lighter to Jon as well as the table containing not them (the webs doing)

Ive seen a LOT of people saying "oh yeah she's totally on the verge of abstraction here" in that last bit and while that may or may not have been the case, Pomni's simple little offer to close up for her CLEARLY meant a lot to Gangle.

AND if what Glitch posted after the episode means anything, it pushed Gangle closer to seeing Pomni as a friend,,, or more than just some new circus member, at least. Zooble said in episode three that Gangle is shy, she probably hadn't talked with Pomni off-screen yet, so I wouldn't be shocked if this was the first time she really considered her and Pomni possibly being friends rather than acquaintances

or: rook puts their wife and another housemate through the s4 specials with zero prior context to earthspark because i couldn't get the eps to play on my computer (so i watched them on the tv)

This was so heartbreaking to watch from Alyxandra's POV. My Alyx has a story outside of and separate from Dragon Age. She isn't an elf, but an elf is the closest I can get in Veilguard. She's had a life full of grief and spent hundreds of years losing everyone she's ever cared for in one way or another... And then...

Varric gets stabbed. Someone who believed in her and she grew to call a friend. She would blame herself, that she wasn't fast enough, and didn't consider all her options.

So the broken look she has on her face when Solas stabs Varric? It broke my heart, how real it was.
