Starscream was only using her to get out of GHOST. When Bee and Twitch came to save Hashtag, Star attacked Bee on sight and Hashtag fought him to save Bee. Starscream called Hashtag a traitor before leaving to find the other seekers. When escaping, Hashtag didn’t want Starscream and his seekers to get captured and tortured by GHOST again, so she gave starscream an alternate route to escape.
After the GHOST prison break, Star was really weirded out by Hashtag’s love of memes and her kindness but after a while got used to them.
