ronttu omg I had the same problem. I broke out like crazyyyy in Kathmandu because of all the pollution and dust and everything so everyone would point it out and it was so annoying. And for some reason they thought they were all dermatologists??? Recommending random medications and I'm just like listen this will clear up as soon as I leave Kathmandu (and I did when I hiked in the mountains away from polluted ktm). That's something that annoyed me so much. I had pretty bad acne when I was a teenager too and saw the dermatologist regularly and even in the rare occasion we went to see some Nepali people they'd try to offer different remedies. The young people were nice though never said anything only compliments. Maybe this is a sign of improvement.
