I've said this before, and I'll say it again: I don't think all trans supporters are bad, and I'm tired of them being villainized so much. Friends, families, and yes, politicians in some cases, all believe they are doing everything they can to be an ally and support the community/loved ones, the problem is those who know the harm transitioning as a minor will affect them long term, there are many good faithed parents who buy into "this is their only option to stay alive." We need to stop going after trans supporting parents for simply doing what parents should be doing, being their for their child. If we want to make a difference in the current climate, we need to go after the system, the real driving force behind the movement, not the people just trying to do what they think, or were told is the right thing to do.

Turns out the reblog I just posted from is a bot, but still, I've been hearing this weird takes lately that we are the weirdos because we want to see boys with boobs (aka not wanting ftm minors to get mastectomies.) Also saying being anti HRT, T, and puberty blockers for minors is also creepy, trying to treat us like the creeps for not wanting kids to harm themselves, without fully understanding the gravity of what they are doing to their bodies. Honestly I'm so over this.
