I love the Stranger Things general audience
A dear friend of mine (my college dad who doesn't realize hes adopted me) recently started watching Stranger Things. He's just finished the first volume of season four. We had a debrief about here is a list of things that this straight white 30-year-old man feels about Stranger Things. Some of these takes are real, some are crazy, others are just wrong... I'll let you decide
College Dad's Takes on Stranger Things:
His favorite characters are Mike, Murray, and Dustin.
Ronnance's #1 shipper (he genuinely thinks they're gonna get together at the end of season four or at some point in season five)

lover of Dustin and Steve.
hated season 3, specifically the character assassination of Jim Hopper
enjoys the russian subplot
finds el very annoying specifically her super power plot line "its so repetative all she does is cry about sucking, screams and then stops sucking.)
loves el exloring what its like to be a normal girl
doesn't like Mileven at all but thinks that they are "unfortunately" going to be end game
Eddie enjoyer, belives he will live.
doesn't realize that Byler is a thing, let alone possibly canon
hates papa, (fuck that bitch) thinks him being alive was stupid
least favorite character: Will Byers
Number 14 hurt my soul so, so, so bad. Will is literally my favorite, but he just thinks hes boring, sad, and complains all the time. Number 2 made me giggle. His gaydar sucks, but it's okay because he is ronnance realness. I look forward to seeing his byler endgame reaction in real time, hehehe.
