Despite my phone being broken I still managed to take pictures. I couldn't see what I was doing so many didn't come out but there were a few gems. #rome exceeded my somewhat low expectations. Let me just say this, if someone tells you not to go somewhere for some reason or other, ignore them, go, and decide for yourself. I was told it was dirty and dodgy but the same could be said for any city especially one as #ancient as this. I walked MILES through this city and was mesmerised the entire way. If I only had a time machine. Everywhere you look is decorated with remnants of the #ancientworld , a time when artisans were born into their craft. Life works are riddled throughout this #city and every edifice is quite a sight to behold.
