Who remembers this post? I shared it as a sneak peek TWO YEARS AGO! It’s a close-up of me illustrating the lovely Regina Hall for the official movie poster for Romany Malco’s “Tijuana Jackson: Purpose Over Prison” and no, it didn’t take me two years to do the art! Although, I did spend a lot of time on it! This movie was a long journey from completion to release with many plenty of wait time on my end with plenty of revisions to the posters over a two year period. At some point I’ll show the revisions that this poster went through! Romany was key in getting my poster pushed through for the movie and I’m grateful to him for his belief in me and constantly pushing me for a better piece and one that he, myself and the studios all loved!
