Honolulu police say a 19-year-old woman died after she apparently went into cardiac arrest while attending a rave event in Kapolei. It happened on April 1. She was taken to a hospital where she later died. Police say there were no apparent signs of foul play and have opened an unattended death case. The city medical examiner identified her as Rachel Clute.

Her cause of death was anoxic encephalopathy due to toxic effects of methamphetamine and ecstasy.
