An unfinished comic that I was workin on for the past couple of days that I was supposed to upload before or during Christmas; welp, it didn’t go well as planned as I have been away at home for a few days spending time with family for obvious reasons.

 And yes, I tried to replicate/copy/mimic the art style of my favorite Splatoon artist, @zozazero, whom I adore so much like I said from that one pic, while making this comic. I think I did well. :D This is not art theft, this is simply like the other I pic I made for the said artist.

I haven’t uploaded much (much laziness lol) and I haven’t much made progress on coloring that pic I should’ve colored a long time ago. I’m gonna dump in some doodle that I’ve drawing. :D

 1.) a chibi Roez playing a SquidBox one.

 2.) a bust shot for my other main character, Tarã. Yes, she has orange eyes like Roez.

 3.) Serõ scaring away squids who verbally harasses her

6.) Roez and Serõ’s video game duels are always intense, no matter what the game is.

Splatoon 1 and 2 - Nintendo

A late Splatoon Inktober that I should’ve uploaded yesterday. :3 Coincidentally, I was drawing this when it was raining in our place.

Maybe next year, I can join Inktober.

Scenario: It was dusk, dark clouds are swirling above Inkopolis, Roez and her team, Adrenalink, finished their League Battles in good terms. Roez have dismissed her teammates and let them go home with their well-deserved reward. Before going home, she went to Crust Bucket and buy a Ink-Charge Melon after all the tiring matches she had with her team. In the end, their hardwork is all worth it and they got a great reward for their effort. She was walking back home, until something hits her shoulder. Releasing it was rain drops, she immediately runs to the nearest cover. She got cover from a bus waiting shed, as the rain drops exponentially increases. As soon as she got under the waiting shed, a moderate rain started.

She grumbles angrily, as she didn’t bring an umbrella with her. She didn’t expect to rain at this kind of time either, as she got out of her house with a sunny vibe outside. That will be her excuse she didn’t bother to bring an umbrella with her.

She sighed as she sits with her cheeks resting at her hands, waiting for the rain to stop. She is not that type of person that is patient enough to wait for the rain to stop, and maybe not the type of person to like the rain after a full day of hard matches. She would likely to bring an umbrella with her from now on.

“Didn’t expect to find you here,”

She heard a masculine, foreign voice at her left, she glanced at the left, just to see her great rival with a open giant umbrella in hand. She frowned and quickly shifted her interest at the ground.

“So that’s how you greet rivals, huh, me amiga?” Ser̃o said as he goes to Roez, closing his umbrella as he enters the waiting shed. “And what are you doing here, Ser̃o? Make fun of me that I forgot an umbrella?” Roez asked. Ser̃o doesn’t seem fazed with her level of voice, “I wouldn’t bother going here if I do.” “Then what’re you doing here?” “I just about to go home from matches, por supuesto.” He answered, “I was walking from Grizzco to my house until rain started falling. Glad that my sister gave me a spare on the way there.” “Good for you…” He looks at Roez with a blank and inspecting look. She certainly looked down, no not litterally down, but more like down expression. She sure is impatient and she did not expect to rain. He feels empathy suddenly, because this certainly have happened to him before, only him being the unlucky one and his sister is the one who will share an umbrella with him. He is feeling an intense feeling of deja vu right now.

He sighs as he opened his umbrella once more and stepped into the rain covered under the umbrella and glances at Roez. “Hey.” “What?” She responded, her gaze is still focused on the ground. “Are you seriously gonna sit there and wait for the rain to stop?” Ser̃o asked in a more serious tone. “Like you would share me an umbrella.” “And that’s what I’m going to do.” Her gaze shifted to Ser̃o with a surprised look on her face. His face is serious, as usual. She didn’t expect to get such an offer. “And yes, I’m serious, Roez. My father taught me well not to leave a amiga hanging.” “I’m not really your amiga. Not at the moment.” “And you have done many things to help me anyways. I’m returning the favor. And no, this is no just for his sake or my sister’s sake. This is my own free will to help you, and that will not change.”

She is silent for moment, staring at Ser̃o incredulously. Other than them working together during their mission for the New Squidbeak Splatoon, this is a rare that Ser̃o have ever done outside of the agent missions and Turf Wars. Usually it will be rather rivalry stuff that happens whenever the two meet. But this is the first time he ever done something like this. “Now, get up from their, and lead me to where you reside and I’ll escort you there.” Still incredulous, she reluctantly complies and she stands up from her seat and entered under his umbrella. She felt he is too close for comfort, as she feels herself blushing the more distance he is closing in. “Now, lead the way, me amiga.” He said in a more friendly tone, but expression still stays. She nodded at him as she starts walking towards home, with a genuine friendship between the two is slowly blooming with every step. *** That scenario took longer than expected.
