✨GET RID OF DARK CIRCLES✨ Many requests coming in for DIYs for dark circles, so I wanted to repost this video. Been experimenting with 2 new recipes & will share soon the one that performs best, so you can have more options. . ___RP:___ If this works well w your skin, try doing the routine twice per week. I originally got inspired by @farahdhukai & built up from there, creating a routine that also incorporates Retinol & Oil. ________________________ INGREDIENTS: 1 tablespoon turmeric. 1 tablespoon buttermilk. (It will be easier to get it in liquid form. I only had the powder, so I mixed w a little bit of 💦 at a time) ________________________ DIRECTIONS: mix & carefully apply under the eyes. Leave on for 15 min then wash off w lukewarm water. ________________________ WHY THIS WORKS: Turmeric -- is called ‘Holy Powder’ bc of its many health & beauty benefits. Its anti-inflammatory & antioxidant properties help with dark circles, while making the skin around the eyes smooth & soft. . . Buttermilk -- is rich in lactic acid (a natural pro-biotic) that's also one of the best ingredients for brightening the skin. . . Retinol cream -- when used consistently, can encourage the production of collagen & make the skin less thin, which in turn will improve the dark circles. My go-to for years has been #RoCskincare. . . Almond Oil -- is naturally anti-inflammatory, reducing puffy bags & dark circles. It's also a good source of vitamin K, which reduces discoloration under the eyes. ________________________ Disclaimer: Always test out products on a small patch of skin, to see if you're allergic to any of the ingredients. Everyone is different so results will vary from person to person.
