And I knew full well that, seeing as it's been a while since I did, I probably wasn't going to totally Rocky this. Even so, I'm proud of myself. I pushed it, and I feel pretty okay.
...and sweaty. Breakfast, then shower. Because damn, I need one right now. XD
And Breakfast? Not really worrying me. Dad fried off some of the leftover grits we saved. I'm not going to eat too many, but with the workout I just had, a little yogurt and fruit and we're okay.
