So I've decided to start the week with something new. We all struggle sometimes to remain "up." We let crap big and small make us worry, sad, down, self-conscious, etc. We then become less productive or even withdrawn. I start binging on romance novellas and reality tv when this happens to me. There's a really easy way to break the cycle. Practice gratitude daily! I challenge you everyday to be grateful for 7 things everyday. Then next week we'll do 14. Let make it different every day. Are you with me? Why should we practice at act of GRATITUDE? We are ENERGY. Like attracts like. When you stay grateful you keep your vibrational (energetic) level up. You attract more positivity into your life. When you see and recognize your blessings and thank God for them, you are continuously adding abundance to your life. So here's my starting gratitude list. I'm gratitude for: 1. My boys 2. My parents 3. My fiance 4. My faith 5. My health 6. My creativity 7. My capacity to love and receive love Ok what do you have for me?
