-- 🥺 Is there a certain type of moment or common interaction between your characters that never fails to put you in your feels?

Torn in two directions - when someone is at their very lowest - their saddest, most injured, most hopeless, etc (examples - when Rowan walks away from Wars in Lily of the Valley, and when Wars was holding Wild at the end of Darkest Night). And when they are at their softest. I feel like the latter has been more common lately! (Blame Rowan! But I also love any big brother moments, especially when Wind gets to be the big brother)

Hmm, I like that I genuinely have fun while writing! It can be hard sometimes, and I complain a lot (you know that better than anyone!) but I love it. And I can give myself the grace to take a break from or scrap a project when it isn't fun anymore. Or find a way to make it fun again! I think that shows in my writing too, or at least I hope that it does!

-- 🎶 Do you listen to music while you write? What song have you been playing on loop lately?

A lot of times I just have like a let's play of some random video game on in the background (like stream style ones where you don't miss much if you aren't paying attention. Since I miss a lot!)

When I do listen to music, I have a playlist called "I Only Listen to the Mountain Goats" that has the Mountain Goats's entire library + some covers. It's great because I did most of my college writing to that playlist and rarely listen to it outside of writing, so I associate their music with being creative!

-- 🙋‍♀️ Do any irl people know you write fanfic?

A few! Mostly likeminded folks, or just people who support fandom in general. I think only one knows the fandom, though, and I've never shared any fics with anyone irl.

Now that would be giving too much away, wouldn't it??

Hmm, I don't really have a ton of actual wips that are fit to share, so here's a little snippet (unrefined) from what is still an outline (I don't think you've even seen this yet!)
