Helpful Advices (Consejos Útiles) de Robot-Hugs Resulta que para muchos, una enfermedad mental es un tema casi voluntario. Que uno decide «enfermarse» por ser débil y no atreverse a enfrentar las cosas. Creo que todos quienes hemos experimentado cualquier enfermedad relacionada, sabemos que NO QUEREMOS ESTAR ENFERMOS. Lo que nos sucedió es algo médico, puede haber sido desencadenado por una crisis o ser genético, pero es igual de válido que cualquier otra enfermedad física. El problema de las mentales es que no puedes ver el mal funcionamiento de los neurotransmisores, así que «ver para creer». Pero, ¿de verdad necesitas ver la enfermedad así como una física? ¿No es válido ver cómo sufre esa persona y saber que no es normal su reacción para decidir darle tu apoyo y creerle? Todos buscamos ser felices, o mantenernos felices, uno está en una lucha diaria contra su cuerpo, su voluntad y sus ideales para alcanzar ésta. Imagínate ahora que tu cuerpo y tu voluntad se tornan contra ti y tus ideales...eso es en simples palabras. Y es algo que no le deseo a nadie. Por favor ten en cuenta en la situación que se encuentra el deprimido, no lo fuerces y sé paciente. Si no puedes hacer nada por él, solo apóyalo o acompáñalo.
