And in case you bastards don't think I own vinyl from local bands, WRONG! WRONG!!! this is the sadly defunct band Petroleum By-Product, which featured @sally_dige, @thisisthepops and Robin Borawski. This is Side A, Song 3, Somethin' Somethin'. I first learned about this band on a cable access TV show called Rockinitis back in early 2011. They were being interviewed, played some tunes, and also had their music video for TV Date played. I bought this record that very same night. This was a very short while before my very first trip to Minnesota, and I was worried that it would come in the mail while I was gone. What in fact wound up happening was that sometime after I'd already come back, I was chilling out at home, and I noticed that I'd somehow missed a call. It was from Robin, and he was just outside my apartment! Luckily he was still there when I ran out to meet him. He had the record with him!
