what's the weirdest thing Jekyll's done for money?
I couldn't think of an answer so I went to one of the most wonderful people I know (and a Jekyll enthusiast akdnsjd), the irl Robert Lanyon, @robertgaynyon! ✨
he bit off Lanyon's finger.
almost.
it was at a party, they were both absolutely plastered and a friend of theirs bet them 20 shillings that Jekyll couldn't bite off Lanyon's left thumb. they both agreed, of course, but the friend stopped Jekyll before he could do any real harm and gave him the money for his enthusiasm.
