the script of the quintessential robdon episode (to me), aka 02x07, was released and i’m just relishing on all this content i feel reborn.
langdon fidgeting while robby maintains eye contact. ohhhhh i hate them i do
‘robby’s relieved the ride is over without a peep from langdon’ fake idgafer, i saw you lose your mind at the end of the season when you thought you missed your last chance to talk to him
‘al-hashimi picks up the tension’ honestly adds a lot to her looking after langdon, probably thinking he was being looked down on for being an addict, to her later blowout at robby because he did, in fact, not report him for ‘stealing fucking drugs’. i really hope the al-hashimi/langdon relationship is explored deeply next season, with the added incentive of langdon being failed by the system meant to help him not develop an addiction in fear of losing his medical license (01x15).
mel staying and helping langdon however she can, even though she hates fighting, even the playful kind ☹️ she’s his number one defender
‘unsure if robby is trying to trip him’ ‘looking up to robby for confirmation’ i do wonder if that used to be their relationship when langdon first got started. cocky med student and his superior trying to ‘put him down’ to a heartfelt friendship developed between two people understanding each other and thriving off of each other
langdon keeping the bin open to let robby toss his things away as a metaphor for who is trying to create a bridge between them, a connection, and who is choosing to trash all over it until it’s gone (im insane dont listen to me)
